Winona State University’s College of Business and WinCraft Corporation will host Eugene Lee, president of MBK Sports Management Group, LLC, at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21, in Science Laboratory Center Lecture Hall, room 120.
Lee will discuss and sign his new book, “In My Brother’s Keeper.” In his book, Lee gives the reader a perspective of the NFL that very few can offer, by giving the agent view of working with potential and current clients.
As an NFLPA certified contract advisor, Lee has represented over 40 NFL players of the past decade and created his own sports agency. With this experience, Lee has gained the knowledge of fundraising, marketing, industry networking, organizational training and leadership, and the drafting and negotiation of player contracts and sponsorship agreements.
As a frequent guest on Fox News, Fox Business, CNN, CNBC and Bloomberg, Lee has become widely recognized in the sports industry as an expert on NFL player contracts and athlete branding.
The College of Business will also host similar events at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 19, in the St. Croix room, Minneapolis Marriott City Center and at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, at Studio 324 in Rochester, Minn.
The University of Minnesota Labovitz School of Business and Economics, GoRout Company and Collider will co-sponsor these events.
