Winona State University will host the 29th Annual College for Kids July 11-14 on the WSU campus.
College for Kids is a summer enrichment program that offers “college courses” created specifically designed for students who have recently completed third through eighth grade. Students have the opportunity to select two to three of the 90-minute, four-day classes. Class topics include math, science, technology, engineering, language arts, foreign language, health, culture, social studies and more.
Students can register for full days (8 a.m. to 4 p.m.) for $200 or half days (8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.) for $150. Limited, need-based scholarships are available and will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Need basis for scholarships will be determined based on state definitions.
