Winona State University presents the 2015-16 schedule for the Lyceum Series.

Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist Alan Schwarz will present at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, in the Performing Arts Center Recital Hall. As a National Correspondent for The New York Times, Schwarz is most known for his investigative reporting on concussions in the NFL.  CBS News Senior Business Analyst Jill Schlesinger will present at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 4, in the Stark 103 auditorium. Schlesinger appears regularly on CBS Evening News, CBS Morning News and CBS Sunday Morning, and the Emmy-nominated expert is the host of her own radio show, “Jill on Money.” For more information on Schlesinger or the talk visit the WSU website.

 Visual artist, poet and teacher Gabrielle Wynde Tateyuskanskan will present at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 20, in the Stark 103 auditorium. As a member of the Sisseton Wahpeton Dakota Nation, Tateyuskanskan works with oils, watercolor, traditional pottery, beadwork and contemporary textiles as a way of showing the Dakota arts.  Since 1989, the Lyceum Series has presented events and presentations for the Winona and Rochester communities that provide unique cultural enrichment and educational opportunities. The Lyceum Series aims to provide speakers in a variety topics, such as the sciences, the arts, politics, literature, popular culture, and more.
