The Winona State University Exercise Science Club will host fitness assessment days 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17, and 8 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 18, in Maxwell Hall, rooms 355 and 376.
This fundraiser for the Exercise Science Club is open to community members, employees and students and will provide valuable information to the community regarding its health status.
Participants can elect for testing to find out more about their cardiovascular health, body composition and risk for osteoporosis. The tests include VO2 Max, underwater weighing, skin folds, and heel densitometry.
Costs vary by test. Specific fees can be found online at http://wsuexercisescience.weebly.com/fitness-assessment-days.html.
