living history premiereThe Winona State University Retiree Center will screen the 2014 Living History Premiere at 3:30 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in Stark Auditorium, room 103.

The Living History Project videos provide a documented legacy and an overview of the lives, experiences, accomplishments and contributions of individual Winona State retirees. The premiere event is the first public viewing of these documentaries and provides an opportunity to further honor exemplary retirees.

The Spring 2014 honorees are: John Martin, swimming and football coach and professor emeritus of health and physical education; Pauline Christensen, professor emeritus and director of WSU’s Graduate and Continuing Education Program; William “Bill” Meyer, arborist and senior groundskeeper; Bonnie Woodford, administrative assistant, Student Life and Development and Counselor Education & Educational Leadership; and James Reynolds, professor emeritus of sociology.

An archive of previous Living History Project documentaries is available online: http://www.winona.edu/retiree/livinghistory.asp.

Light refreshments will be served.
