WINONA, Minn. – The Winona State University University Programming Activities Committee will hold the third annual “Loud and Local” Concert at 6 p.m. Saturday, March 2, in the Student Activities Center, Kryzsko Commons.
Bands performing at the event include Jamestown Story, Koo Koo Kanga Roo and Camera Can’t Lie.
This event is free and open to the public.
