The Winona State University Residence Housing Association (RHA) and National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) teamed up to raise more than $600 to benefit the local Toys for Tots drive.
RHA and NRHH members coordinated a fundraiser called You Light Up My Life. Donations were solicited from students living in the residence halls, and all donors received a box of Christmas lights to display in their residence hall windows.
RHA and NRHH members used the funds to purchase toys that were then donated to Toys for Tots.
Kari Hageman, leadership development coordinator, along with other executive members from RHA and NRHH helped plan You Light Up My Life.
