The Winona State University Physics Club will present a night of science adventure and fun with “Science Fun Night” at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, in the Goodview Elementary School Gymnasium.
This event will educate students and parents about the wonders of science through a series of experiment-driven activities.
The event will include eight themed stations with hands-on activities, ranging from observing the night sky with telescopes to building miniature catapults.
There will also be a demonstration with “memory wire,” a type of wire that can bend in any way and always go back to its original shape when put in hot water.
