As we begin the New Year, I am reflecting on how we grow and change as a university. At times, it may feel to some that nothing changes. A closer look reveals there are many new beginnings underway through our planning efforts and the inspired work of groups and individuals. I am proud of the way that Winona State innovates; our committees give thoughtful attention to critical issues and our faculty constantly stretches to find the best ways to educate students.
