Higher education is famous for acronyms. Beginning next fall we are adding a couple more to our academic offerings, PSM (Professional Science Master’s – www.winona.edu/PSM) and HLA (Healthcare Leadership & Administration – www.winona.edu/HLA). These programs differ significantly, but they have some very important things in common – both are designed as pathways for working professionals and both are founded in areas of academic strength for WSU: composite engineering, sciences and health sciences. I know these programs will have an impact regionally and even statewide.
