“WSU’s support of veteran’s with the Veteran Student Center, Veteran House, and acknowledgement of our veteran students and families allows us to be recognized this organization,” said Carl Stange, Director of Admissions.
Within Career Services at Winona State there are Veteran Resources available including links to job search websites, links for military students and a My Military GPS LifePlan.
WSU has received the military friendly designation annually since 2012.
Military Friendly schools practice active recruitment and retention of students in the military, and they provide programs and policies for student support. The schools also provide academic accreditation, credit policies and flexibility for their military students.
