The Winona State University Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation and Prevention Program is a yearlong program that meets from 6:45 to 8 a.m. Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays in the Integrated Wellness Center, room 136.
Individuals with chronic heart or lung conditions, or who may be considered at risk, will receive a free customized exercise program designed to maintain or improve strength, endurance, flexibility and well being.
Registration is available year round.
