WSU’s Department of Theatre and Dance will host auditions for productions of “Spamalot” and “The Nether” at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24 and Thursday, Aug. 25 in the Performing Arts Center.
Participants should bring 16 to 32 bars of sheet music for “Spamalot.” Those interested in auditioning for “The Nether” should be prepared to read from the script.
“Spamalot” is a musical comedy based on the film Monty Python and the Holy Grail. “The Nether” is a sci-fi crime thriller set in a virtual wonderland.
Auditions are open to both the WSU and Winona communities.
“Spamalot” will premiere at WSU Oct. 19-23. “The Nether” will premiere at WSU Nov. 16-19.
