Winona State University Move-In Day will take place Tuesday, Aug. 16, on Main and West campuses.
The busiest times are generally from 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. Traffic delays can be expected along Huff Street, Mark Street, Main and Sarnia streets as well as around the West campus area.
New Student Welcome Week continues Aug. 17-19. Fall semester classes begin Monday, Aug. 22.
