The Winona State University Art Department invites all students, regardless of major or year, to submit works for Art Muse, a juried, all-student exhibition.
This is an opportunity for all WSU students to exhibit their work in the Paul Watkins Gallery, sharing their artistic vision with the campus community.
Students may bring all submissions to the Paul Watkins Gallery from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, March 14 and Tuesday, March 15. The deadline for all entries is 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 15. Each student artist may submit up to a total of three works, and there is no entry fee.
All entries will be judged by a digital image of the work. The gallery staff will take digital images of submissions, but students may also submit their own digital images in person. Images should be 1024 pixels in the longest direction and 72 pixels per inch.
Online judging will be March 16 and 17. Artists whose work has been accepted will be notified Thursday, March 17 via email. Accepted works should be delivered to the gallery on Friday, March 18.
Art Muse runs March 21 through April 7. The reception and awards ceremony is from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, March 23.
