The Winona State University Exercise Science Club will host fitness assessment days from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, Oct. 12; 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14; and 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, in Maxwell Hall, room 355.
Fitness Assessment Days are open to all students, faculty, and community members. Participants will choose from a variety of tests on body composition, risk of osteoporosis and risk of high blood pressure. Assessments will include underwater weighing, skinfolds and heel densitometry, as well as free blood pressure screenings. Costs vary by test.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are also welcome.
