Winona State University will host the Spring 2015 Mathematical Association of America-North Central Section (MAA-NCS) on Friday, April 24, and Saturday, April 25, in the Science Laboratory Center Atrium.

Mathematics professors and students from the Upper Midwest will meet and share information about mathematical research and teaching techniques in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of the MAA.

Guest speakers include freelance mathematics writer Barry Cipra, Dan Flath from Macalester College, and Robert Campbell from College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University.
