Winona State University Health and Wellness Services will offer information on relationships and physical fitness training during the week of Feb. 16.
The Sexual Health and Awareness Group (SHAG) will host the Healthy Monday event “Bedsider @ WSU” at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 in the Integrated Wellness Complex (IWC) room 138. Bedsider @ WSU will provide useful information about relationships, sex and protection.
The Exercise Science Club will host a Fit Stop Tuesday event on personal fitness training from 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 17 in the entrance to the IWC.
Health promotion programming aims to increase awareness, knowledge and skills to sustain a healthy lifestyle. These programs are designed to challenge and provide personal growth and development for all Winona State University students. Event sponsors include Health & Wellness Services, The RE Initiative, and on Facebook, Student Health & Wellness Advocates, HERS Practicum, Counseling & Wellness Services, Semcac Clinic, Public Health Club, SHAG, FAN Club, Outdoor Recreation Education Center and Fitness & Wellness Services.
