Winona State University will wrap up its 2014 Homecoming celebration with a Community Clean Up event Sunday, Oct. 26.
Volunteers will meet at 2 p.m. at the WSU Alumni Gazebo. The event will help to clean up after the homecoming festivities on campus and around downtown Winona.
This inaugural clean-up event is a way to give back to the community and thank them for their support,” said Kendra Weber, Director of Student and Community Engagement.
Participants are asked to register online in advance. The first 100 people who register will receive a free t-shirt, and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
