Inequality for all

Winona State University will screen “Inequality for All” at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 6, in the Harriet Johnson Auditorium, Somsen Hall.

Inequality for All” is the winner of the special jury prize for achievement in filmmaking at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival and the audience award winner for best documentary at the 2013 Traverse City Film Festival.

Reich is a best-selling author of 13 books, chancellor’s professor of public policy at University of California Berkeley and former secretary of labor during the Clinton administration. In the film, he will discuss the nation’s widening economic gap.

The national screening is sponsored by the American Association of State Colleges and UniversitiesAmerican Democracy Project and the Democracy Commitment, Democracy Matters, Generational Alliance, Generation Progress, Campus Compact, Project Pericles, National Association of Student Personnel Administrators and the U.S. Students Association.

The event is free and open to the public.
