Winona State University announces the selection of the spring 2013 Commencement processional banner carriers.
The students honored as processional banner carriers are top-ranking juniors and will carry the banners of their respective colleges during the Commencement ceremonies.
Whitney Ederer, a paralegal/pre-law major from Spring Green, Wis., will lead the Commencement processional with the WSU banner at the morning ceremony. Alex Webster, a nursing major from Cokato, Minn., will lead the processional at the afternoon ceremony.
Also carrying banners are: Liz Isakson, an accounting major from Amery, Wis., College of Business; Jennifer Schmitz, a sociology: criminal justice/corrections major from Belle Plaine, Minn., College of Liberal Arts; Kellie Holte-Finlayson, a special education: learning disabilities/developmental disabilities major from Winona, Minn., College of Education; Kourtney Kavajecz, a nursing major from Roscoe, Ill., College of Nursing and Health Sciences; and Lukas Reed, a mathemathics major from Winona, Minn., College of Science and Engineering.
