Winona State University will hold the 13th Annual Computer Science Undergraduate Research Symposium at 9 a.m. Wednesday, May 1, in Watkins 108.
Students will present research projects on a variety of topics, including security monitoring systems, theatre lighting control, biometric passwords and electronic health systems.
The event is free and open to the public.
The purpose of this symposium is to recognize the efforts of students and their faculty advisors who use scholarly and creative inquiry as an integral part of the educational experience at WSU. The diversity of presentations demonstrates the value placed on research and creative inquiry by the entire WSU community.
WSU is an institutional member of the Council of Undergraduate Research (CUR).
