The Winona State University Hmong American Student Association will host “Ib Tsev Neeg II (One Family II)” at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 11, in the New Center Conference Room.
The event will teach about Hmong culture etiquette and entertainment. There will be dancing, singing and more.
