The Winona State University GLBTA Partnership will host the first WSU “Pride Week” April 15-19.
Learn about the GLBTA community and show your pride by participating in campus activities. Each day will feature a different color and theme, and participants are invited to dress accordingly.
Wear purple to the “Trans* Panel” at 5 p.m. Monday, April 15, on the Smaug Stage in Kryzsko Commons. Wear green to “Sex-O (bingo!)” at 5 p.m. Tuesday, April 16, at the Student Activity Center in Kryzsko Commons. Wear yellow to “Ally Appreciation Game Night” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, in the KEAP Diversity Center in Wabasha Hall. Wear blue to “Cultural Pride Snack and Chats” at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, in the KEAP Diversity Center. Wear red to “Breaking the Silence” at 1:55 p.m. Friday, April 19, at the Gazebo and to the “Night of Noise” at 7 p.m. Friday, April 19, in Baldwin Lounge. “Night of Noise” will feature an open mic and a performance by Project 515.
All Pride Week events are free and open to the public.
