The Winona State University International Club will host “Best Times of Our Lives; International Dinner” from 6-9 p.m. Saturday, April 6, in Talbot Gym, Memorial Hall.
The dinner will consist of Bulgogi from Korea, Miso Soup from Japan, Fried Plantain from Africa, Pepsi Chicken from China and Kaiserschmarrn from Germany.
A talent show will be held, showcasing different WSU students, with performances from many different countries.
Many Purple Awards will be given throughout the night, including awards for best-dressed, best crowd pleasing performance and drawing winners.
Doors open at 5 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $15 for adults, $10 for students with ID, $5 for children ages 3-10 , and free for 3 and under. Tickets can be purchased through Friday, April 5, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Lower Hyphen and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in Maxwell. Tickets are also available at the door. Tickets prices at the door will increase to $12 for students and $7 for children 3-10. The adult price will remain the same.
The event is open to the public. The Association of Student Organizations and the Student Senate will co- sponsor the event.
