The Winona State University Concert Choir and Women’s Chorus will present a fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, on the Performing Arts Center Main Stage.
The theme of the evening is “The Singing Heart.” The choirs will sing a wide range of choral music suited for the fall. Many selections will feature the music of contemporary American composers, including lively folksongs, love songs and jazz arrangements from Sweden and Norway.
Vocal and instrumental soloists from the Concert Choir will be featured.
Tickets are free for WSU students with an ID, $8 for other students with an ID, $12 for the public. Tickets can be purchased at the door or by visiting www.winona.edu/arts/tickets.
