Screen Shot 2013-02-21 at 7.06.26 PMWinona State University will offer Pho Night from 5-7:30 p.m. Wednesday Feb. 27, in the WSU Alumni House.

Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup usually served with beef or chicken. The soup includes noodles made from rice flour and is often served with Asian basil, saw tooth herb, rau ôm (rice paddy herb), cilantro, thinly sliced green onion, lime juice and bean sprouts.

Bowls cost $5 and include a drink. Both chicken and beef pho will be served.

WSU Asian American Club sponsors this event.
