Winona State University has policies in place to promote the safety and well-being of our students and others in our learning community. If you or someone you know has noticed or experienced inappropriate conduct we encourage you to report the behavior to the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.winona.edu\/affirmaction\/contacts.asp\" title=\"Affirmirmative Action Officer\" target=\"_blank\">University\u2019s Affirmative Action Officer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We are profoundly saddened by this breach of trust.
