Winona State University is ranked third out of 10 on Niche’s Best Public Institutions in Minnesota list for 2016.
Based on rankings by students, WSU received an overall grade of a B. WSU received an A- in campus quality, on-campus housing, technology, and transportation. The university also received a B or above grade in overall health and safety, athletics, parking, and local area.
