Winona State University will waive application fees Oct. 26-30 as part of College Knowledge Month.
The event is part of a statewide effort to provide every graduating high school senior the opportunity to apply for college. During the month of October, high schools and postsecondary institutions will work together to engage with students and offer support as they go through the college application process.
The WSU application fee is $20. If a student has a financial hardship, a personal request can be made to the Admissions Office year-round to waive the fee.
