The Winona State International Services Office will host the 28th Annual International Dinner, “Kaleidoscope of Cultures,” from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday, April 18, in East Hall, Kryzsko Commons. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.
The dinner will present a variety of foods from around the world, including a Mediterranean salad, tandoori chicken from Southeast Asia, Biryani (pilaf) from the Middle East, Feijoada (Black Bean Stew) from South America, Chapati bread from Africa, and baklava for dessert.
The event will also feature performances from around the world with WSU international students, including a fashion show, music and other forms of entertainment.
Ticket are $12 in advance or $15 at the door for students with ID, $15 in advance or $18 at the door for adults, $20 in advance or $25 at the door for VIP access, and $8 for children 4-12 years old. Advance tickets will be sold from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the International Services Office in room 233, Kryzsko Commons, until April 17.
The event is open to the public.
