The Winona State University Department of Music will hold a faculty recital featuring professor of music Paul Vance on the cello at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, in the Performing Arts Center Recital Hall.
Vance will perform three suites for unaccompanied cello by Johann Sebastian Bach: No. 1 in G major, No. 3 in C major and No. 5 in C minor. Vance will perform the remaining three Bach suites in a recital on Feb. 19, 2013.
The recital is free and open to the public.
