Winona State University Health and Wellness Services will offer information on safety from stalking, healthy snacking, and resume building during the week of Feb. 2.
The RE Initiative PACTivists will host the Healthy Monday event “Someplace Safe” at 7 p.m. Feb. 2 in the Integrated Wellness Complex (IWC) room 138. The PACTivists have organized a discussion about invasions of personal space and privacy, and how to handle a real-life stalking situation.
The FAN Club and Health and Wellness Student Advocates will host the Fit Stop event “Healthy Snacking” from 11 a.m. to noon Feb. 3 in the entrance to the IWC. The event will feature an interactive resource table.
Career Services will host the Resume Cart for Wellness Wednesday at 3 p.m. Feb 4. in IWC room 138. Career Services will give expert tips and advice on updating your resume.
Health promotion programming aims to increase awareness, knowledge and skills to sustain a healthy lifestyle. These programs are designed to challenge and provide personal growth and development for all Winona State University students.
