Winona State University’s College of Business Speakers’ Series will host Eric R. Sannerud for “Regenerative Entrepreneurship: Entrepreneurship for our Complex World” from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 29, in the Science Laboratory Center, room 120.
Sannerud is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Higher Education Consortium for Urban Affairs (HECUA) program studying food sustainability and food justice. Sannerud founded and is CEO of Mighty Axe Hops, a company that cultivates uniquely flavored and environmentally sustainable hops.
The event is free and open to the public.
