Close to 400 Winona State University students will participate in the Fall 2013 Commencement ceremony at 10:30 a.m. CST Friday, Dec. 13, in McCown Gymnasium, Memorial Hall, on the Winona campus.

The commencement ceremony will be broadcast live on HBC TV 25 in Winona and in markets served by Hiawatha Broadband Communications.
HBC TV 25 will also rebroadcast the ceremony at 10 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, and Sunday, Dec. 15.
