Winona State University will participate in “Spruce Up Winona” from 1-5 p.m. Thursday, April 25, to help clean up the neighborhoods surrounding WSU.
“Spruce Up Winona” began in April 2006 with the inauguration of WSU’s 14th president, Judith Ramaley. It has become an annual event that celebrates giving back to the community. This year, students plan to dedicate “Spruce Up Winona” as a day of service in honor of new President Scott Olson’s inauguration on April 19.
