The Winona Park and Recreation Department will host a Goose Bump Jump at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, at East Lake Winona.
This community event will benefit a scholarship fund that provides provides financial assistance to families in need or experiencing financial hardship.
This year’s Goose Bump Jump will also benefit the WSU Women’s Rugby team. Three dollars of the entry will be donated to the WSU rugby if “rugby” is mentioned during registration.
The event is open to the public. Cost is $20 to jump and $8 for an advanced shirt order. Participants also have the option to include additional donations and the top two donation earners will receive a special prize.
Participants can pre-register at the Park and Rec Office at 207 Lafayette Street or at http://www.cityofwinona.com. Participants can also register the day of at the Lake Lodge Recreation Center.
