Winona State University Fall Commencement ceremonies will take place Friday, Dec. 8, in McCown Gym, Memorial Hall, on the Winona campus.
The first ceremony will begin at 9 a.m. and includes the College of Business, College of Liberal Arts, and College of Science and Engineering. The second ceremony will begin at 11:30 a.m. and includes the College of Education and College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each ceremony. Tickets are not required. Seating in the gym is available on a first-come first-served basis. Overflow seating will be available in the Robert A. DuFresne Performing Arts Center.
The ceremonies also will be live streamed at: wsu.mn/commencement.
A local live broadcast will be available on HBC TV 25, with recorded broadcasts airing Dec. 9 and 10. The 9 a.m. ceremony featuring the College of Business, College of Liberal Arts, and College of Science and Engineering will air at 3 p.m., and the 11:30 a.m. ceremony featuring the College of Education and College of Nursing and Health Sciences ceremony will air at 5 p.m.
Throughout the day, graduates are invited to ring the Commencement Bell to proclaim their achievement. The bell will be located near the Gazebo.
