The Winona State University Office of Housing and Residence Life invites Winona community members and their children to the residence halls for Trick-or-Treating from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31.
The following halls will hand out treats: Lucas, Richards, Conway, Morey-Shepard, Sheehan, Tau Center, Maria, Lourdes, and East Lake Apartment C.
Participating rooms in each hall will be identified with Halloween decorations.
