Winona State University Health, Counseling and Wellness Services will present the following events the week of April 28-May 2 in the Integrated Wellness Complex, room 138.

Healthy Mondays “Your Life, Your Money” will take place at 7 p.m. Monday, April 28. Join WSU Health and Wellness Advocates for a session about learning creative ways to save money, how to create a budget that works for you and have an opportunity to ask questions about avoiding financial danger zones. The event is free and open to all students.

Fit Stop will present “De-Stress Kits ” at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 29. The event is presented by WSU Health and Wellness advocates.

Wellness Wednesdays will present “Life in the Stress Lane” at 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 30. If you think your life is stressful, join the WSU Health and Wellness Advocates for a session that discusses how you can manage your academic and financial life while still having time for a romantic life. The event is free and open to all students.

From 1-3 p.m. Friday, May 2, “Nuts for Mutts” will be held near the WSU Gazebo (rain location: IWC hallway). Stop by to de-stress with animals, including dogs and even a miniature horse (weather-permitting). The event will be hosted by the WSU Health, Counseling and Wellness Services, the WSU Psychology Club, Phi Theta Chi  and Touching Moments.
