Bike-WeekThe Winona State University Environmental Club will host the seventh annual Bike Week April 21-25.

The primary feature of Bike Week, “Pump Up Your Bike,” will take place from 11 to 3 p.m. daily at the Alumni Gazebo in the middle of the WSU campus. Student volunteers from WSU’s Environmental Club will help bicyclists with minor tune-ups like pumping tires and oiling bike chains. Students can enter a drawing to win prizes such as a new Trek bike, two Camelbaks, several helmets, t-shirts and lights.

Throughout Bike Week, those who park their bikes on campus may receive a surprise visit from the Bike Phantom. This mysterious masked figure connects bicyclists with a small reward for taking two wheels to campus.

Bike Week is free and open to the public.
