Winona State University will host Minnesota State Department of Human Rights Commissioner Kevin Lindsey at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 16, in Stark Hall, room 103.

Lindsey will discuss the proposed Voter ID and Marriage Amendments to the State Constitution and their impact on human rights in Minnesota. He will also discuss Minnesota’s changing demographics and its implications for jobs, education and the state’s economic future.

A reception will be held prior to the discussion at 6 p.m. in Dining Rooms C and D, Kryzsko Commons.
